I finally updated my current status on my CC Firstgiving page.

I am currently at $565 raised for the Courage Classic and have updated my giving page with the offline donations. This event benefits Rotary Endowment for the Intervention and Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect” and makes this more then just the best bike ride around.

Thanks to:

  2. Mom
  3. Gini
  4. Bud

Let me know if I missed you.

Ran across this surfing this am…

I found CatCam when I was surfing looking for a new header for my site, I found it looking for “Athena Cycles”.

This is so cool I gotta get me one of these Bike Thongs for when I am training indoors I guess you could use this outside, but why would you? It might even be dangerous on the road. BTW the link images are very “safe for work”.

I got a new toy!!!

It is kind of toy like in design and packaging is a Tony Hawk Helmetcam what the heck it was only $50. A buddy that frequents GameStop picked it up for me.? If this works out and I find it useful then I might try a camera from Helmetcamera.com or SkullCamz.com. Bill from White Knuckle 4×4’s found SkullCamz while looking for a dashboard camera for when he is jeepin. I’ll try mine on a commute next week and see how it works.

First of our photos from Day ten of our odyssey…

These are the photos from The Gordon House.
Designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1957
Constructed in Wilsonville in 1963
Moved to the Oregon Garden in 2001

This gallery was done in a new Gallery program that I think I am migrating too. We will see how this goes.

Day ten of our odyssey… The finale…

We went to the Antique Powerland Museums, there were several that we saw. The Oregon Electric Railway Museum was one of my favorites.

First we went to the Oregon Garden and found a cool treasure. As we were driving in we saw a sign for The Gordon House which is a Frank Lloyd Wright designed home and open to the public. We toured it after doing the gardens and got bunches of pictures at both.

We took so many pictures today that it will take a day to get them sorted out. I took around 407 myself. Funny how I said around and gave a pretty exact number. Only about half or so are usable, I’ll try to narrow the selection a little more too.

Day nine of our odyssey… Update

We had decided to do dinner at the local McMenamins pub. It was WAY crowded but had a good Cobb Salad.
